1. Acute Effects

a. Ingestion: Large quantities may cause GI disturbance, CNS depression, dizziness, unconsciousness, blindness, and death.

b. Skin Contact: Causes skin irritation.

c. Eye Contact: Causes eye irritation, possible blindness.

d. Inhalation: Irritating to mucous membranes and upper respiratory tract.

e. Medical conditions, if any, aggravated: Diseases of the eyes, liver, kidneys, or skin.

f. Most likely route of entry: skin, inhalation

2. Chronic Effects

Product contains Methanol. This substance is known to produce adverse reproductive effects in laboratory animals.

a. Skin Contact: Dry and cracked skin.

b. Inhalation: CNS depression, kidney and liver damage.

C. Emergency and First Aid Procedures

Ingestion: Call Poison Control Center for assistance.

Eye and Skin Contact: Immediately and continuously flush with flowing water. For exposure involving a significant quantity of material, contact a physician as soon as possible.
