Functional test
Full functional test including testing of keyboard, printer, stirrer motor and switches.

Electrical test
Full electrical test including checking of power supplies, calibration settings, RS232 PC and balance interface where applicable.

Glassware
Glassware will be cleaned; septa’s, O-ring and molecular sieve will be replaced.

Calibration
Traceable water standards will be used to check the full range of the instrument. A full test and calibration
certificate will be supplied including a list of equipment used in the calibration procedure for tractability purposes.

Repair work
A written quotation will be provided for any repair work (parts and/or labour) required to the instrument or glassware.
No work will be undertaken until an acceptance is received together with an official purchase
order to cover such work.

Cost of service and calibration
Cost $750.00 + shipping.
Return to factory service and calibration.

One year Service contract
Cost $1100.00 + shipping.

Includes one Return to factory service and calibration plus one Return to factory for repair all parts and labour included.

All glassware parts are not included in this option.

Your instrument will be returned within 5 working days unless otherwise stated.
Any repair work carried out is guaranteed for 3 months.
