Insert the amber filter into Search Unit
Insert FIlterInsert Filter
Place Zero Standard on Search Unit

Press the "Calibrate" button and then press the "Zero" button

Place Coffee Calibration Plaque on Search Unit

Press "Calibrate" button
Insert FIlterPress Change

Press "Standard" button and enter in value for coffee reference plaque reflectance using the upper buttons.

Insert FIlter
Press "Standard" button again.

Unit is now ready to measure a sample
Insert FIlter
Place coffee in the dish dish and place on top of search unit, press the orange button on the side of the search unit and the SCAA results are shown in the upper left
